Your information

We use account details to provide access to RestaurantOS. A restaurant receives the name, contact details and order information you submit to it. Its staff may use those details to fulfil your request.

Visits and QR codes

We count profile views, menu views and QR scans. Approximate session counts rotate daily. QR analytics do not store IP addresses or browser fingerprints. Raw visit events are retained for up to 180 days.

Messages and payments

NAESTech provides account emails, operational notifications and hosted payment routing. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider. Public business contacts used for restaurant outreach can opt out using the link in each message.
